This round of the Last 16 has delivered, with one or two shocks along the way. Let's not waste any more time and begin the match reactions.  Wales 0-4 Croatia  Wales started the first ten to fifteen minutes in a decent fashion, Kasper Dolberg opened proceedings with a well taken goal, almost fifa-esque. the job was done for the Danes after Dolberg scored his second goal after the halftime break. Wales heads dropped from then on, Joakim Maehle scored the third, Wilson added to the Welsh pain by getting sent off unfairly, Martin Braithwaite added salt to Wales' wounds with the fourth late in added time after a lengthy VAR decision. Wales did well to get this far, an achievement in itself, however, people were making an excuse for their elimination, blaming it on travelling to different countries. We have now reached the business end of the tournament, the last 16 is here. Whoever loses, goes home, without any further ado, let's start the predictions.    Wales vs. Denmark The opening game of the round, Wales have been impressive, however this is where we will see how good they really are, they face a Denmark side who will be motivated after their win in the last group game to get here, they will want to win this game and progress for Christian Eriksen. This one will be settled in normal time, without the requirement of extra time and penalties.  Predicted Winner: DENMARK.  Italy vs. Austria   Italy for me have been the standout team of the tournament, scoring goals without conceding, we normally associate them for playing at a slow tempo, this has been the reverse of that. Turkey While Italy played some entertaining football, scoring some excellent goals along the way, there is a valid argument that they didn't really play anyone of quality in the group and that is no disrespect to the other three teams involved. Congratulations to Wales and Switzerland for also making it to the knockout stages, Turkey were a massive disappointment though after they were tipped to go far by many. Group B 1. Belgium  2. Russia  Belgium were strong favourites to win this group from the start, Denmark qualified in second as you can see, despite losing Christian Eriksen for the rest of the tournament due the unfortunate incident against Finland on Matchday One.
