Euro 2020 Final Prediction | Where Is IT Going?

We are just hours away from the big game, the Euro 2020 final. Italy will be looking to win it for the second time in their history, whereas England will be looking to win their first European Championship Trophy. It is set up to be one hell of a game for sure.

There will be a sold out crowd at Wembley to watch what will be a tense final, both teams will fancy their chances on the day, the team that defends properly and dominates the midfield will win the game, Italy have been so good to watch, take away the game against Spain, Italy have been good in defence and have rarely conceded, just like their final opponents, every time they press forward, they look like scoring. Federico Chiesa and Lorenzo Insigne have been class and they have scored top quality goals in vital moments, they will be missing Leonardo Spinazzola due to injury. Roberto Mancini will be looking at his options. 

What a journey it has been for Gareth Southgate and the England Team. The morale of the fans was up and down in the early stages of the Euros, but as time as went on, the anticipation has been met with excitement and caution going in to each game since the draw against Scotland, if you remember how crazy social media was after that game, you will understand the point, England have an abundance of quality, particularly names such as Luke Shaw, Bukayo Saka and Raheem Sterling, who have been outstanding in the games they have played in. The Three Lions will need to be on their game defensively and be wary of the counter attack, they looked so nervous in some parts of the Semi-Final, hopefully they have gotten over that and are ready for the Final.

The question is this. Where Is IT Going?

Time to be completely honest with you right now, my heart is telling me England is going to win, which will be amazing as an England fan, the celebrations will be memories that will last a lifetime, whereas my gut is telling me Italy, because out of all the teams I have watched, they have been the most impressive. After much consideration, the choice has been made.

Predicted Winner of Euro 2020: ITALY.

Euro 2020 | Semi-Final Match Reactions | Spain Pay The Penalty Against Italy | England Reach The Final

The last two nights of the Semi Finals were so dramatic, if you did not enjoy the games, then football is not the sport for you. Here are the Match Reactions. Italy 1-1 Spain (Italy won 4-2 on Penalties) Wembley played host to what was a very entertaining clash between two sides of trophy winning pedigree, Italy were the overwhelming favourites, however, on reflection, Spain were the better team with the ball, but they failed to finish their chances, you could sense that as the game went on, Italy were going to capitalise on that fact, which proved to be correct as Federico Chiesa scored with a great curling shot.
